GMAT for Canadian Students: Registration, Fees, Scoring and Results
An applicant can register for GMAT by online, by phone, by fax or by mail. You must first select a test center location. Once you have selected a test location, you will need to schedule a GMAT exam session online, by phone, by fax or by mail. You have to select from available testing times at your chosen test center location. Your session will be confirmed via email or by a mailed letter, depending upon the mode of registration you chose. - Register by Mail or Fax
To register for the GMAT exam by mail or fax, you must complete the GMAT Appointment Scheduling form. Enter the Country Code List of Canada, that is CAN. If you want to mail your form, then send your completed form to:

Once you have enrolled via any of the means as listed above, i.e., online, mail, phone or fax then, pay the fees. Preferred forms of payment include Credit Card, i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB; cashier's cheque (mailed forms only), money order (mailed forms only), and personal cheque (mailed forms only).
The Graduate Management Admission Test fee is $250 USvaries from year to year check the official website for payment details and there is addition fee for rescheduling and cancellation your GMAT appointment and additional report scores.. All payments for Canadian Citizens must be addressed to "-Pearson-VUE-GMAT".
Scoring and Results
The results, i.e. an official score report, which includes all four sections and the total scores, is made available to the applicants online and to designated schools that the applicants applied to, within 20 days after the test. The applicants get five scores, i.e. of Verbal, Quantitative, Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA), Integrated Reasoning and Total score.
- Verbal and Quantitative Scores
The Verbal and Quantitative scores range from 0 to 60. Scores below 9 and above 44 are infrequent.
- Analytical Writing Assessment Score
The AWA score can range from 0 to 6 in half point intervals. Writing scores are determined individually from the scores for the multiple-choice sections of the test and have no effect on the Verbal, Quantitative, or Total scores.
- Integrated Reasoning
The Integrated Reasoning score can range from 1-8.
- Total GMAT Score
Total GMAT scores range from 200 to 800.
The Score Report
GMAT score reports include all test results achieved in the last five years, the most recent AWA essay responses, and the following background information:
- Country of citizenship
- Date of birth
- Telephone number
- Undergraduate institution, grade point average (GPA), major, and date of graduation
- Intended graduate area of study
- Highest level of education attained
